Tuna Stuffed Potatoes

Tuna Stuffed Potatoes

4 potatoes                             1 can tuna
½ cup cottage cheese           ¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper             1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
paprika

Bake potatoes at 175° until soft inside (about 1 hour) (or nuke em).
Cut potatoes in half, scoop out insides, and mash with everything else.
Spoon mixture back into potato shells.

Place in baking pan, reheat at 200° for 10 minutes.
