Devorah’s chocolate fudge cake

Step One:      1 ¼ c sugar               1 ¼ c flour

                        ½ c cocoa                1 tsp salt

                        1 tsp baking soda    2/3 c cold water

Step Two:       ¾ tsp baking powder          2 eggs

                        1/3 c cold water

Mix together all Step One. Add Step Two, and mix well.

Pour into greased 9x13 pan or tube pan; bake 35 minutes

(cupcakes 15 minutes)
