Bubby’s Banana Bread

Bubby’s Banana Bread

1-2 cups shredded or pureed banana/apple/carrot/zucchini
1 cup sugar                                       2 eggs
½ cup oil                                            1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda                            1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon (not with zucchini)        
optional: ½ cup walnuts or chocolate chips

Mix dry, then wet. Greased loaf pan; 175° for 1 hour (muffins for 20 – 25 minutes).

3 recipes fit in 1 large mixing bowl)
