Apple Cobbler

Apple Cobbler

14 – 15 apples             ¾ cup flour
¾ cup sugar                 ½ tsp cinnamon
¾ cup (150 gm) margarine, softened
1 cup oats

Peel, core, and slice/cube apples. Put apples in the pan.
Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon together. Add margarine and oats, cover.
Bake for 40 – 45 minutes (until the apples are soft and the topping is crunchy)
