Marla’s Corn Bread

Marla’s Corn Bread

1 ½ c flour
2/3 c sugar
½ c yellow corn meal
1 T b powder
½ t salt
1 ¼ c soy milk
2 lg eggs
1/3 c oil

Mix all, bake at 175° for 40 minutes

Makes 1 large loaf pan + ; double recipe = 3 long loaf pans
