Sarah Zadok’s Granola
8 c steel cut oats 1
c sesame seeds
1 c sunflower seeds 1
c pumpkin seeds
1 c sliced almonds (1
c cashews – optional)
500 – 700 ml honey ½ c
oil 1 package
cinnamon
Heat in a small pan
Toss honey mixture over oat mixture.
Lay on baking paper, bake at 150° C until golden
Cool, then add dried fruit, crushed flax seeds, etc.
