Sklar Cookie Cutter Cookies, Sugar Cookies, Hamentashen Dough

Sklar Cookie Cutter Cookies, Sugar Cookies, Hamentashen Dough

1 bar margarine (8T) or coconut oil
1 ½ c sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
¼ c liquid (juice/soy milk, etc)
Mix, then add:

4 c flour
1 t b powder

Roll and cut
May need to add flour to the dough until it rolls smoothly

Bake at 175° @12 minutes
