Cherry tomato salad

Cherry tomato & Pine nut salad

Cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

½ bag toasted pine nuts

1-2 T Basil leaves, chopped

1-2 cloves fresh garlic or red onion, minced

Fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt to taste
