Wheatberry Salad

Wheatberry Salad

1 c wheatberries                  4 c water
Scallions                             Raisins or craisins
Slivered almonds, toasted Sesame seeds
Dressing:
¼ c oil                             1 T balsamic vinegar
½ R red wine                  ½ T lemon juice
1 T honey                       ½ t salt

½ t mustard powder
