Pickled Veggies (Yael Rock)
Cut up veggies in a jar:
Cabbage
Kohlrabi
Carrots
Cukes
Peppers
Measure and fill jar with liquid
For each cup of liquid:
½ c vinegar
½ c water
¼ c sugar
1 t salt
Bring to a boil and pour over veggies
Ready in 24 hours
