Red Cabbage Salad #1

Shredded red cabbage
Optional: scallions or red onions, carrots

Dressing:        
4 T brown sugar                   
4 T olive oil
2 T chopped ginger             
Juice of 1 lemon
6 T vinegar                             
1 tsp salt
Pepper


Optional: Chinese pecans
