Jennifer’s White Cake
2 ¼ c flour
1 ½ c sugar
150 gm margarine (3/4 c)
¾ c juice
3 eggs
2 ½ t b powder
1 t salt
1 ½ t vanilla
Bake at 350°
Icing:
¾ c confectioners sugar
75 gm margarine (6 T)
3-4 T water
Flavoring/coloring
