Ima's Challah

Ima’s Challah
1.5 T yeast granules
2 c warm water

Add and mix:
½ c sugar
1 T salt
3 c flour

Add and mix: 1 egg
½ c oil
3-4 c flour


Knead, let rise 1 hour
Shape, let rise 1 hour
Bake at 170 for 20 - 25 minutes
