Amazing Salmon Quiche

Amazing Salmon Quiche

Crust:
2 c whole wheat flour                        1 t sesame seeds
½ t chili flakes                                   1 t mixed dried herbs
1/3 c oliveoil                                      1/3 c water, S & p
Mis to smooth doigh, rest 30 minutes in fridge, roll to fit pan

Filling:
1 c frozen spinach, drained           2 cloves of garlic, chopped      }
1 onion, diced & sautéed              1 t balsamic vinegar                  } mix
1 can or ½ lb salmon, cubed                                                          /
1/3 c heavy cream                              1/3 c milk                                          
3 eggs                                                 1 ½ T dill chopped       } mix               
1 T chives                                           1 T olive oil, S & p    /
Optional: feta cubes

Layer onions, spinach, feta, salmon. Pour egg mixture over, sprinkle chives on top.

Bake 45 0 60 minures at 175 degrees
