Cinnamon Twists

Cinnamon Twists

2 ¾ c flour                  2 T sugar
1 t salt                         1 T yeast
2/3 c hot water           50 gm margarine
2 eggs                        50 gm additional margarine, cinn sugar

Mix all, to smooth, pliable dough
Flour working surface, roll out ½ dough to rectangle. Cover w/melted margarine & cinn sugar. Fold up bottom 1/3 of the way. Brush on more marg & cinn sugar. Fold down top 1/3 dough to cover, & a little over the bottom, to form ‘envelope’. Slice & twist.
Bake 175° for 15 – 20 minutes

Makes @ 15
