Rice and Chickpea Casserole

Rice and chickpea casserole

2 Tbsp oil                    1.5 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic             1.5 c brown rice
3 cubed tomatoes        1 can chickpeas, drained
1 Tbsp soy sauce         3 c water


Saute onions in oil. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to simmer, cook 30 minutes,
