Congo bars

Congo bars

2 ¾ c flour                                      3 eggs
2 ½ tsp baking powder                   2/3 c oil
1 c choc chips                                 1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ c sugar

Mix together dry ingredients. Add wet and mix well.
Crumble into greased pan, press down
Bake at 175 for 25 – 30 min

Take out of oven and cut while hot. Will harden.
