Morah Esther’s Challah

Morah Esther’s Challah

1 kilo flour (6-7 cups)
2 T dry yeast
1 T salt
½ (disposable) cup water
2 ¾ (disposable) cups water
½ (disposable) cup oil

Mix all, sit 15 minutes to rise

Shape, rise for 30 minutes, bake
